Instructions for Use
BellyBliss requires physical interaction to be effective. It is used by massaging the targeted area with the spheres in a counterclockwise direction for about three minutes. Repeated treatments, up to three times a day, increase efficacy.

Always ensure a soft, gentle pressure during use. Avoid direct contact with the skin to minimize the risk of damaging the spheres. Do not use oils on the spheres. It is recommended to use natural and light material between the spheres and the treated area. Move the spheres in the advised manner, keeping the material between the spheres and the skin at all times.
