Shipping policy

1. Scope of application

This Shipping Policy applies only to physical products purchased on selfica.space.

Services, wellness treatments and professional sessions, whether provided on-site or remotely, are not subject to shipping.

Any physical materials associated with services follow this Shipping Policy.

2. Shipping origin

All orders are shipped from Italy (Vidracco, TO).

3. Order processing time

Due to the artisanal nature of Selfica products:

order preparation time is approximately 7 business days;
processing times may vary significantly depending on:
- product type,
- availability,
- customisation requests.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

4. Delivery time

Delivery times are variable and not guaranteed.

Shipments are handled through Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE), which selects the most suitable carriers based on destination and chosen service (standard or express).

Delivery delays may occur due to customs procedures, carrier operations, or local conditions beyond our control.

5. Shipping destinations

We ship worldwide, except to:

Hong Kong
Macao

(Orders for these territories are managed by an exclusive local partner.)

6. Shipping methods

Available shipping options may include:

Standard shipping
Express shipping

Availability depends on the destination country.

7. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

destination,
weight and volume,
selected shipping service,

according to the rates provided by our logistics partner.

Free shipping

Free shipping may be offered above a certain order value.

This threshold may be changed or removed at any time, including during specific promotions.

8. Order tracking

A tracking number is sent automatically by email once the order has been shipped.

9. Customs duties and import taxes (DAP – IMPORTANT)

International shipments are made under DAP – Delivered At Place terms.

This means that:

customs duties, import VAT, local taxes and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient;
such charges are determined exclusively by the customs authorities of the destination country;
the courier may request payment before or upon delivery.

Selfica.space:

cannot estimate or control these charges;
assumes no responsibility for customs-related costs.

10. Refused delivery or unpaid customs charges

If delivery is refused or customs charges are not paid:

the shipment may be returned or abandoned;
shipping costs, return costs and customs fees are non-refundable;
if the product is recoverable, any refund will be issued net of all costs incurred.

11. Fragile and high-value items

Some Selfica products are fragile and are packed with great care.

However:

transport is subject to the conditions of the carrier selected by MBE;
Selfica.space cannot guarantee against damage during transit.

For high-value items (over €3,000):

no automatic insurance is included;
shipments are handled case by case;
additional confirmation may be required before shipping.

12. Delivery issues and claims

Any delivery issues or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting:

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted by the carrier.

13. Shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Any additional costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are borne by the customer.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

14. Force majeure

Selfica.space is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond its control, including customs delays, strikes, natural events or governmental restrictions.
